I have had a great experience recently as I had to call the shop to see if they had certain sport shoes my son wanted . The staff was absolutely helpful and put me on hold, checked the size and shoes I wanted and offered to hold it at the shop for me and I picked up the shoes in the afternoon. Thank you Rebel store, Shellharbour

Went to the new store to buy some Asic shoes. Just for walking, the young girl very helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have the Nimbus 18 which was the most comfortable walking shoe. They have been discontinued. I bought a very colourful and expensive pair of Nimbus 21. Nowhere near as comfortable as the 18.

Great choice of sporting goods with no competition. Plenty to choose from and very well stocked. I did go into the store passed 6 staff members but didn't get any acknowledgement at all. I like good customer service when I shop. Old time service is important.
